I drove in without an appointment because I was afraid my battery was not going to start the car if I stopped. They tested it and found it was dead. I left with a new battery and things have been fine ever since. I've been going to Performance Honda for over 10 years and they never disappoint me.

Caveat Emptor: This dealership will run your credit without your consent and knowledge. When confronted about this, the dealership did not give me the time of the day, and left me to take care of disputing hard inquiries by myself. Also did not process my registration paperwork correctly and I had to go to the DMV to get my plates myself. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My car wouldn't start and it turns out my starter needed replacement. I used Honda Roadside Assistance (free with 3 oil changes/tire rotations) and a tow company was located and a truck was here within 30'. When I got to Performance Honda, they fit me in ASAP and my car was ready within a few hours. I've taken my '05 Pilot there and nowhere else for over 12 years.

Carson wouldnt listen to anything I had to say na slept trying to overcharge me for the service needed, I am going to a different Honda dealership from now on because they treated me much better and are giving me a fair price on the work needing to be done.

When I had an issue, Suda called and discussed the problem to make sure we were both under the same understanding since there was a misunderstanding with wait times. And ensured me that he would talk to his team about informing their customers about services that did not happen especially if the customer paid for it.

I am always treated courteously by employees who really know what they are doing. I live just a few miles from Ken Garff Honda, but drive 30 miles to Bountiful because I trust this facility. I had my headlights resufaced about a year ago and they were getting cloudy again. They were resurfaced again at no charge to me because it hadn't been that long.

Front desk guy was great. He kept me in the loop on what was happening. The texts were nice. He answered all of my questions. I did have to go to Discount Tires and have my tire pressure updated. Once I left, my tire light came on. I thought they just didn't re-set it but they did not check the pressure and it was low.

My experience was excellent. They repaired my tire, checked the air pressure in all the other tires, and washed my car. The only small hiccup was that I had previously purchased a pre-paid oil and service package which included free roadside and tire service. Despite discussing this at the beginning, they tried to charge me for the tire repair. I showed them my coverage and they removed the charge.

My experiences with Performance Honda Bountiful are consistently very good. I never feel like theyre trying to sell me services or parts that I dont need. They get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and communicate clearly to me what theyre doing and what my car needs. I would confidently recommend them to anyone.

I had gone to 2 other Honda dealerships before Performance Honda. One manipulated me terribly, and insulted my intelligence. The other was nice, but dismissive to me as a woman buying a car. My experience in buying at Performance was not the best. It wasn't bad - but it definitely was not good. I bought at this specific spot because my desired car was there, not because it was Performance. My sales guy made inappropriate jokes, there were 'hard adds' on the bill that were not needed/wanted and the complete inflexibility was a major turn-off. It's 2022, no one says hard adds anymore. Again, this experience was just ok.

PERFORMANCE HONDA replaced an air compressor on my Honda Pilot. A very short time later a coil set went out on my air conditioner thus leaving me with no cool air. The part was ordered two weeks ago with no part in site. I would think somewhere in this country a part would be available. The service department has been good to work with. I hope the part will arrive soon. Not a happy customer at this point.

You simply cannot beat Performance Honda Bountiful. This is the only Service Garage I have been going to since 2007, when buying my car new there(It was Willy Honda then). Although all of the personnel are great, kind , and courteous, I always work with Sergio Perez, Service Consultant for my service, brakes, etc.(although no major repairs so far, just maintenance). He is the best for me.

Sergio always is honest, helpful, & informative every time I bring my truck in. I brought my truck in because a maintenance due light was on. He realized that it had not been reset correctly from my previous visit. He fixed the problem quickly, had my truck washed, and had me out in less than 20 minutes.
