They make you make an appointment. But the appointment only guarantees you get same day service. It's not a guarantee that you get in at that time. Despite having an appointment, service was exceptionally long wait times. When I finally did get my oil changed, they tried to get me to change my in cabin air filter because it was "dirty." I had changed it prior to going to have service so I know they were just trying to get money from me.

I had a tire with a slow leak. Every few weeks it need more air.
The Service Team jumped right on it, found the leak and got it fixed. They even washed my car. The Service Dept. at Performance Honda is the best!

The employees were exceptional. The service was good. I had some delay in completing recall work despite having an appointment because unsold inventory (Pilots) were having the same software recall update done and, for some reason, took priority over mine. Nevertheless every was completed. It just took much longer but still same day.

All was well except when I made my appointment I asked for my car to be washed along with the emissions test for registration. The service was provided efficiently but the car was not washed. I didn't notice this until a while on my trip home. I didn't go back to complain.

I was there to have my battery checked. It had to be replaced. They did let me know that I had some credit coming toward the new battery due to the contract on the one they removed. I was glad they were able to get me in quickly as it was time for Christmas shopping! Nothing was negative. The people that helped me were kind, did what they said they'd do and let me know when it was done.

Performance Honda has always been a great business to work with. I have only one complaint this time. I was told it would take ninety minutes to fix my tire. They said if I came back later they could do it faster. I made an appointment and came back later that afternoon. It took ninety minutes.

I dropped my car off and asked them to have my car looked at since it's been burning oil really fast and the engine hasn't been running as smoothly as it should be lately. They called me back, half an hour later just to tell me they weren't going to further look into the issues my car has been having. Very disappointed with the service department lately.

Car was serviced on time w/30k maintenance also done and all completed in an hour. Car was washed but not dried and the car had hard water spots everywhere that were not easy to remove. I'd rather they didn't wash the car unless it is rinsed and dried.well.

I drive to performance Honda, but live next to Larry Miller Honda. Performance Honda Layton has been a pleasure to deal with from. Sails to maintaince. Larry Miller had put a bad tast in my mouth for 3 vehicles, and one time tried to sell me 4 tires that were on warintee, when performance took. Care of them no problem.

Service representative explained everything clearly and accommodated my schedule. I stopped in for a oil change/tire rotation but he explained to me other routine maintenance things that probably needed to be done. All those suggestions lined up with things I knew that had to be done soon. So, a trust factor there. I have older Accord and I want it to be reliable, especially on long trips. His advice was good!!!

Performance Honda will rip you off in a heart beat! Drained my windshield washer fluid and refilled it. Did tell me about it or even ask if it was OK. They charged me $100 for doing it. They always tell you that a wheel alignment is needed. I took it to Burt Brothers to see what they thought. It didn't need one!
