Was advised of the cost to replace my side mirror that was damaged by the state crew on I-390 (might be replacing that when I have my state inspection done in March as the price was not too exorbitant to replace the side mirror). The service was extremely fast. Thank you.”
“Pretty high price for the works package. Total was $103 and change for a 2021 F150. In Virginia it was like high 70s. Tires were rotated I think but usually again in Virginia they top them off with air to make them equal. This was not done. Doesn't look like wiper fluid was added either. Dealership was clean. Nice waiting area and friendly staff.”

“The service technician did not secure the cap for the coolant which caused an issue once the coolant reached a high temperature. Coolant was leaking everywhere. I thought a hose had ruptured. Good thing this happened once I was home and not on the road.”

“They were good guys, running around busy. The only bad thing is I had a scheduled pick up in the morning, but had to wait 2 hours for the Vehicle to get inspected. Front tires were in good shape, but the back tires were worn down pretty good. I figured I'd get a newer set of tires spending $18,000 on the Jeep. All in all it was a good experience, just wish they would've put a newer set of tires on the vehicle.”
