Staff were very friendly , helpful, and accommodating. The issues were taken care of, and the main issue was due to a recall that another dealship wanted to charge me for. While my car was being serviced, the salsman was also helpfull answering question I had on one of their vehicles. The waiting area was very comfortable and the coffee was good. I'll be doing all my car servicing with Williams.

Stacy & her team are phenomenal! I came thru on a cross country trip & my Subaru had a thermo valve go bad - they got me in immediately for a loaner vehicle & within the week they had the part, and the job completed.

From scheduling the service appointment to picking up the vehicle staff and communication was spot on. I like the video clip they shared of what they inspected as well as worked on. Additionally when I contacted them "Nick" was extremely polite and helpful.

The service department at Williams is great. Lisa the Manager does a wonderful job, also Cody at the front desk was so polite and helpful he answered a lot of questions I had about my car I wasn't able to find out since I bought it right at the start of the Covid-19 shutdown.
