They are friendly and courteous and expedite the service in a very timely , professional manner What I did not like is the mechanic who performed the service did not notice that the hood was noticeable up on one side and because I drove home before I noticed ' I had to take another day off from work to have it addressed "

Excellent service from the friendly folks at Burton. This was a factory recall service on a 13 yr old car. Had they marked the service ticket as "wash vehicle after service" as opposed to "no wash" I would have been completely impressed and include them in my next car purchase.

The service was good, customer service and communication was good, the concierge service (pick up and drop off was fair since there was a mistake on the drop off location and my car was driven to my home rather than work (45 extra miles out of the way). I will continue to use this service department and hope their internal communication has improved for future visits.

Brought my BMW X3 M40I in for air conditioner issue. After large diagnosis fee didn't fix issue, and were going to charge another $200 diagnostic fee to look at it again. I own 3 German cars and won't go back. Went somewhere else, diagnosis and repaired for much less, with much better service.

Awful. Have service plan through BMW for oil changes. They said there was no such service contract by BMW. When I asked to be given back the car they suddenly "found" that I was covered. Hard sell, rude, didn't apologize for their mistake, just said it was the computer..

Craig was excellent as a Service Rep (as always), I took it in for a failure in the Parking Assist system (proximity sensors). It turned out I had hit one of them in a tight turn, so it had to be replaced. Craig spotted it right away, they had the part the next day, and I was back on the road quickly. I even got a free wash! IG Burton BMW was great!
