I trust the Service Dept to provide timely, required servicing of my car so I can keep this car for many more years. But honestly, the best service received was the CAR WASH! The work timing was all over the place. Promise different things. I'm still finding blue shavings which I'm assuming is packing from the airbag all over the vehicle because there must be a mess of them underneath the dash. The car was promised to be clean upon delivery and it was not.

The advisor Carlos is awesome. He keeps in touch and came into work before hours to let me drop off my car, and then give me a complimentary Uber to my work. My radio was replaced and I've had no issues with it since.

Quoted fifteen hundred dollars and bill was over twenty five hundred dollars. Was told 4 other vans of my year had the same problem and I said that this should be a recall. We should not have to pay for this. and the service.man said he agreed but yet we have to pay.. took over 4 wks to fix shifter. Complimentary shuttle denied as for5 miles when we were nine miles away.i called repeatedly for updates...I should not have to chase.
