Overrated and charge a lot. They don't give no discounts and no deals for local customers. They are just like any other dealership or maintenance place. They have nothing which makes them different from others. And I'm disappointed the way treated me as customer.

The service itself was good and the staff friendly and professional. My problem concerns the online reservation tool used to book service appointments. I scheduled online and received a confirmation text. When I arrived for service, there was no record of my appointment. I was added to the schedule (good), but service that historically took less then an hour and a half stretched to two and a half hours. Bad!

Set up appointment online. They took my car in right on time. Service checkin person was friendly. Showed my email coupon and got the discount. Had oil changed , tires rotated, and had fluid plus brakes checked. Ready in 1 hour.

Reiner Harvey was the associate who took care of me. Very professional and went out of his way to put hands on part so we could insure the repair could proceed. For my first trip to this service department it went spectacularly. May all subsequent visits go as smoothly.

I don't live in Yuba City, or actually, even California. I have family here and for some reason my car seems to understand when I go home. My car has had more regular services and work in Yuba City than anywhere else. But that's ok because I get the best service here. The guys are professional and the work is done quickly. Thanks again!

Yuba City Honda service was a great experience. I dropped the car off 15 minutes before my Saturday morning appointment and enjoyed hot cocoa in the customer waiting lounge. The factory recall work was completed quickly and a little over an hour later I was on the road. Very friendly service managers and a relaxing waiting area.
