I made an appointment with Mun Kelly and she made sure I was taken care of properly as usual. I was able to get my oil changed and my tires rotated before I caught a plane to Florida at 2:22pm. That's the type of great customer service that I'm used to at Toyota and I keep going back!

While the service to replace my alternator seemed to be OK, it did not resolve 100% of my problems. Persisting problem is that the car does to start on the 1st attempt of pushing the start button while having my foot on the brake. I am now in another state and will have to deal with them for resolution, which will more than likely cost me more money.

The young man who was the first to greet me was cordial and helpful. He had a smile on his face and seemed to be glad to be at work. The lady who tended to me, measured tire tread and guided me to the waiting area was very nice and even sent my car through the car wash when I mentioned that I wished they had one! Thank you guys!

there are two open recalls on this car and it seems like no effort is being made to correct the problems. this will probably be my last Toyota.We are not happy with this situation. We are taking a risk to ourselves by driving this car as it is unsafe to drive.

I was in the first position in the lane but I sat in my car for 30 minutes before anyone came to check me in. The person behind me got checked in before I did and the lady said she didn't see me in my car "maybe because your tint is so dark". Well, my car was still on so that means the lights were also on so how you didn't know that I was still in the car waiting? After that it only took an hour so that was good.

They got to my car and got it serviced in under an hour. I didn't hear from the service writer during that time, but getting it out in that time is more important to me. I had trouble getting an appointment - I called 4 days out and couldn't get in when I needed to, which is why I put 4 stars.
