Xi knows his stuff and has taken great care of both our older bimmers . He's usually quick to get our car in, analyze, communicate the issue and resolve. We've never had any problem with services or pricing.

Best experience ever! Glad I found XI, very honest straight to the point and EXPERT on BMW. Did a diagnosis for what I believed was wrong with the car and found other problems on top of what we knew was the issue, but didnt try to up sell me like other mechanics , he gave me options didnt feel pressured, and labor cost was very fair for Hawaii. I will definitely return to his shop for any of my BMW PROBLEMS.

Xi is a very experienced Mini Cooper and BMW technician. He knows both brands by heart. He has also trained his technicians very well. He is an honest mechanic and charges you a decent price for the necessary repairs only. ,Xi will exceed your expectations 100% of the times. I have never had to return to his shop to review any repair on my cars. Please never go to the dealers for red carpet, scam diagnostic charges and phantom repairs.

Took my 2002 325i BMW for service yesterday,Xi told me to go at 2.00pm and he took care of it.Very efficient.Other minor problem he told me that it's not necessary to fix it and it's safe.Honest and not try to rip you off like some places I know!
