The customer advocacy is always amazing at Wright and the #1 reason why we have purchased 4 vehicles from them. This was no different. We had a suspicious crack in our windshield. It ended up being covered by our warranty. After Theresa stayed on top of this issue for us, we got approved for warranty coverage and shortly after she got the part ordered and our car fixed so quick! We look forward to our service appointments!!

Excellent service. Teresa Eichner is usually the person that checks me in. She is wonderful! Always friendly and helpful. The mechanics keep my car running well. My car interior is always as clean as when I drop it off. Of course, the outside is always cleaner since I take advantage of the free car wash! I have purchased 3 cars from Wright Nissan in the last 20 years. I'm sure that my next car will be purchased from Wright, also.
