Always a great experience, courteous and friendly staff, great service. They need to inform customers that a text will be sent notifying them of service completed, or other service needed, and to be on the look out for the tex. This did not occur and only by chance did I see a text come through notifying me of needed maintenance.

I paid $225 for a diagnostic that was completely incorrect. They wanted to charge me nearly $5000 for services that wouldn't have fixed the issues at hand. I had to learn what was actually wrong from a smaller, more trustworthy mechanic shop. On top of that, they did NOT notify me about an open recall on part of my engine! Waste of time, money, and I would never recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.

I like prompt service regarding my oil change and air filter need. They misdiagnosed my need to have a 4 brakes replaced. I got 2nd opinion from midas. Brakes were not urgent need to replaced. Front brakes were still good but may need attention in future. Did replaced them anyway. They never looked at rear brakes according to midas

Everything was a nightmare!!! I needed a TPMS and was told to leave car in for a week until the part came in, I couldn't do that due to a family member who has ongoing medical treatments, and this is my only vehicle. Took several days to get issue resolved.

Amazing how they tell you something has failed on your vehicles and with the mileage the item needs to be replaced. Interesting when the item was replaced just 2 months prior.
