Appt. Scheduled and done in a timely manner. Waiting area was adequate and very comfortable. Coffee and water provided. I didn't like having to remove protective measures used over my seat and floorboard and having to look for a trash can to dispose of. No trash can provided outside the office. I didn't like being told I had a balance to pay when I have a prepaid maintenance plan and my last visit was covered. It was rectified after questioning but it shouldn't have been presented as a balance owed in the first place.

Took my Expedition in the afternoon before my appointment so they would have it first thing. It took a full two days to diagnose the problem. Then, extended the completion time three consecutive days Finally got my SUV back, but driving out of the service lot I got a warning that I was low on fuel ... it was reading "0", but made it to the gas pumps down the street to find out it would only hold 6 gallons meaning that the fuel gauge was disconnected which also triggered the Engine Warning Light. Have to take it back in and rent another car. Don't know if they'll cover me on the rent car or not ... we'll see. I think I'm generous on 2-stars, but giving them the benefit of the doubt.
