We did purchase a vehicle at a good price, but customer service is a bit lacking. I think it's because they are quite busy making sales and don't feel the need to offer quality service. The cars were dirty when we test drove and still dirty upon delivery. Also, they require you to purchase LoJack service and tint which increases the cost of the vehicles.

My experience with Westgate was awful. I will never use them again! Exactly what you expect when someone says "used car salesman". They lie about everything..Cristian worked with us and was annoying and dishonest. We were looking to purchase three used vehicles but after buying one lemon from them I'll move on to another more reputable dealership. Avoid Westgate at all cost!

They replaced the water pump and radiator and auxiliary battery for the auto start that was malfunctioning , was supposed to fix drivers side headlight the headlight now works however now the led lights around it doesn't and they were working. Didn't fix the blend doors that click like crazy or the leaking Sun roof.

I was told the parts would be available in 3-4 days. 13 days later I have not heard back from the dealer to schedule a date to complete the recall. I don't understand why the keep had to be in the shop to determine parts needed for the recall.
