Had an appointment for 1:10 oil change and did not finish until 2:30. Had a warranty concern they could not address at the time. I'm sure other Muranos have had the same issue- Forward Driving Aids Temporarily Disabled, Front Sensor Blocked. Like all dealerships, they beg you for that 100% survey rating at time of purchase, then they disappoint you when you need something addressed.

Very friendly people. They were unaware of my appointment. There was a computer mix-up but took me in anyway. The prosses was delayed by a day because the part wasn't in their stock, even though my appointment was scheduled ahead of time. This wasn't a problem. They did a good job and was ready for pick up when promised. They stayed in contact with me along the way.

I have taken my car to be serviced at Walser Nissan since my purchase. They are very up to date in my service and are fast and friendly service people. with this visit I was informed that in the next 6 months or so I will need to have new front brakes. I appreciate the notice so I am prepared with my finances.

I was charged for a diagnostic service that was 100% not necessary as the Nissan service team should already have known the passenger seat not wearing seat belt alert is not a feature supported by Nissan. Other than that, the heated seat repair took much longer than expected but communications with me were prompt and courteous.

Previously bought tires from them. They said they would match Discount Tires price. I waited approx 2 hrs in their waiting room. This was ok until the job was done. But at time of cashing out was then told that couldn't match tire price and now it was going to cost over $400 more --I sat in their waiting room with no notice until cash out. I honestly felt taken!!

Customer service has went down ever since it became a Sellers Market Maybe less supervision is around on weekends . So maybe the reason why I have had bad experience for the past 2 years now I have to go to a more further dealership because of the pathetic service

Got right in. Service writer was professional and courteous. They completed completed recall and checked out my concerns with the starter, the mechanic and even called "tech support", which impress me. There were 2 smaller issues I want done, but were forgotten.

The oil change was fine - a bit overpriced but it is what is. However I still have an issue with a plastic housing piece on the left side of my driver's seat. I was told a manager would be calling me about that but I have not received a call.
