Attendant was told to do Synthetic oil and did not it was regular oil. I called the store and they told me it was my problem because I signed. The girl that took my money said it was Synthetic oil. So much for customer service.

Don't know if it was lunchtime or not but it seemed to take longer than normal to complete the oil change. It took over 15 minutes from the time oil was put in until the oil level was checked. The tech went to the car in the next bay and put oil in that car and checked that car before he finished my car

Early in the morning & second car in the shop. 3 hours later they finally got our car done because we asked "why is it taking SOO long?" They took the people with appointments for tires first. I'm thinking they could have let us know they're going to be very busy w/ Tire change Appts. We could have gone somewhere else. The employees were nice but that doesn't make up for my lost time. Just let me know when I pulled in there!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I came in for low tire pressure, and they immediately began checking pressure on all tires, so, naturally they immediately located the nail causing the problem. 1/2 hour later I was back on the road, tire fixed. Appreciate the auto service shop at Walmart! Thanks guys!

I was told that I couldnt get the oil change that I always get and that it was the wrong one for my car. When the called 10 mins after they took my car and I questioned that my car was just dropped of the lady got really rude with me and said what do you want me to do drain your oil and refill it. I questioned it because it has always taken about an hour before.

Walmart Autocare has really stepped up their service! I bought tires online on their website and had a 5pm installation scheduled. When I arrived, Antonio (Murrieta Walmart Auto Center) let me know they didn't have the tires or any in my size in stock. He offered to order them for me. I needed to drive out of town that evening and really needed tires. With 2 phones in his hands, he began calling local tire shops and also another Walmart to see if anyone had my size tires and could put them on immediately. Walmart in Temecula (Isaiha) was very accommodating. Isaiha went over everything with me and was so helpful. Within an hour I was on my way with my new tires installed. Great teamwork by Antonio at Murrieta Walmart and Isaiah at Temecula Walmart Auto Centers. Best price on Goodyear tires too!!!
