I purchased on Walmart.com and had my tires shipped directly to the store and I had them installed there. The auto care service was fine but the store cannot do wheel alignments. My main issue is the installation scheduling feature on the website doesn't seem to be synced with the FedEx shipping - I had to reschedule my appointment online several times due to uncertainty on when the tires would arrive at the store.

The small older man that worked in the shop was rude and quite disrespectful. He dismissed my feedback and literally walked away from me when I was trying to explain the situation. Due to this behavior, I went inside to ask for my keys back as I planned to leave. He came in, I asked, and he looked at me and walked away. There was another kind gentleman working there that retrieved my keys for me.

When I checked in for the service, there were 6 cars ahead of me. After what I thought would be a long wait, I only waited a hour and 20 minutes. While waiting for my car to be done, the auto center was so busy but not one time did an employee not smile or get an attitude about it. The techs were pleasant and personable, as were the associates.

Had a flat tire from a large screw on a Saturday evening with a trip planned for Sunday afternoon. Walmart Auto opens at 7am on Sunday. Waited my turn and had tire repaired and installed by 9 am. Work was done properly. Only place to go on Sunday for tire service.
