I will never order tires online from Walmart again, It was a huge waste of time when half of my order was lost, and online customer service was no help at all and the people at the store were not much better

Called beforehand for pricing, got to the store and it was $10 higher, then they installed the higher priced battery and were irritated when I asked them to reinstall the one I actually asked for. They were done in 1 hour though and I really appreciate that.

They didn't change my air filter even though they said it was included in the oil change. And they didn't give me a new sticker on my windshield so tell me when my next due date is. Also ever since I got my oil changed there my TPMS light has been on and when I called they just said it was because of the cold weather.

When I scheduled my appointment they verified visually that my tires were available. 15 minutes after I dropped my car off I got a phone call from a name I didn't know (vs wm #) informing me they only had 2 tires. I told them they were reserved with my appt and they better go find them. He said he'd call back and let me know but he never did. I can only assume this was an attempt to upsell me to more expensive tires! I was told it would be about 30 minutes which turned into 90. It would have been ok if they had just told me that. Then at checkout there was a $60 rot/bal fee which had never been mentioned. Good deal for lifetime but I was told I would only save a total of $3 if it was changed to a 1 time charge. Slightly disproportionate and a rip off. I didn't need it because of my vehicle maintenance plan. Should have been a freebie for a W+ member instead of, or in addition to free road hazard. Furthermore, if I'm spending over $600 I would expect the bare minimum of a smile and at least a thank you.
