Battery change was completed, but it was extremely slow service, plus they documented on the "safety check" that they checked tire pressure, and all were fine. My tire pressure light was actuality on before I went in and it was still on when I left. My husband checked it at home and said I was 10 psi low on all 4 tires.

l dont like having to get up early to gwt an oil change, because there arent enough techs. l do like that once you are in the bay for oil change, its in/out quickly.

The techs did a great job. Only thing I didn't like was I had to remove everything from the bed of my truck. Safety issue I guess. But pleased with the sevice techs and Wallace the cashier in the Service area.

Customer service isn't what it should've felt very rushed even with a scheduled appointment for service and along side that took forever oil changes shouldn't take 1+ especially when I was the only car being worked on .

The store could not find my tires and then I showed them the email I got from Walmart, and the fact that I took the liberty to call customer support before I went there. They confirmed that my tires had been delivered by FedEX . They found the tires on hand and then proceeded to install my tires as we had an appointment to do so that day.

I want to give a zeo star for the Auto Center if there's an option. I like the order shipment and delivery update. My schedule appoinment got canceled twice (2X). The worst experience is at the Auto Center. The FedEx shipment got delivered on the 3rd January, 2025 (Friday) at 11.58am. I arrived at the Auto Center at 1.55pm to check-in for the installation. I'm the 3rd customer stand in line for the service. I waited in line till 2.50pm (almost an hour) for an tech greeter/attendant to assist and received negative "no" in 5 minutes. 3 other customers in line after me left during those waiting time. Worst sysytem procedure...:( I advised the tech greeter/Michael that my original appoinment had been canceled. So, I have to showed up in person. Michael advised me cannot to done today because the 4-tires are not at the Auto Center. I have proof from FedEx all tires were received this monring. He said tires are at the receving dock area at a different side of the building. I asked him why not bring those tires over since it's in the building. He said he has no option to get someone to bring the tires to the Auto Center at this time. I don't believe him. I re-scheduled for the following day, 4Jan at 7am with the guarantee from Michael the tires will be ready. I got a text msg just 45 minutes prior the appoinment time it had been cancelled and require re-schedule. The link will takes me to the website and there no re-schedule option enables. Called the store many times. Nobody pickup the phone. I showed up at the Auto Center at 8.45am and been told by the tech greeter, Junior cannot be done will need to come back after 11am because the Manager had not check-in the shipment. This is absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable. I don't believe him. My reaction is not pleasant. I have an ugly episode with tech/Junior. I don't believe him. I insisted he had to check me in when the shipment arrived yesterday at 11.58am. 24 hours preparing and setup is definitely unacceptable. Again, he refused. I told him your internal issue not meeting whatever your Company's procedure should not be placed on me as a customer. Why I got to pay the price for inconveniences and been punished. I told Junior I will write him up on his Corp feedback and social media. He said go ahead without any hesitation. I am not going anywhere. I just stand there in front of him. After 10 minutes he asked for my phone number. I want to know why you need my phone number when I already give your enough information about the arrived shipment. Finally, he said he will go ahead and check me in. OMG what a painful experience. Despite my appoinment got canceled due to their own internal doing, I have to wait in line for the next service. He is unable to overwrites the service queues. To me, this is BS. So, the checkin stamped time is 8.51am and received text msg ready at 11.15am. See...how long the wait time. Even at the cashier line takes 15 minutes to complete my payment. I am out by 12 noon. Finals thought *AWFUL EXPERIENCE*

I made an appointment before arriving and was told to walk inside to get checked in. I walk inside but then get told to go back outside to get checked in. I'm guessing the manager came and "apologized" for the confusion and said that he would speak to the young man who told me to go inside to begin with. I didn't see the exchange between the employee and manager, only the manager walking around on his phone the entire time. Then, when finally getting checked in, I gave the guy my keys and key fob. I explained to him that my crucial fob broke, and I would like him to take care of it because it's my only one. He told the same guy who gave me the wrong information in checking in my story, and the guy gave an "I don't care" attitude about what the gentleman who checked me in told him. This store is very UNPROFESSIONAL from the manager down to the employees. They don't care about customer service, and I will not do service with them again.
