Justin was great! He was very attentive, courteous, friendly and swift. Other times I have visited Waldorf Honda for service, I have felt pressured and/or belittled concerning "recommended" services. Justin did not make me feel either. Great service!!

Service was excellent. I had requested an oil change & tire rotation. They changed the oil and stated that I did not need to have tires rotated. I only drive this car locally about 3000 miles annually. They completed the oil change in 40 minutes and was honest about my rotation. Save me Money. Some places want to do unnecessary work to generate income. Have been serving this car here since 2015. Will definitely return.

As always, the service was outstanding. Had both cars in the shop within a week-one for a battery replacement and the other for routine service. Both service advisors (Robyn and Tony) kept me advised of what was being done and were very helpful. This is the best dealership I have ever encountered!

It was a very unfortunate visit. They calculated $2008.00 worth of work that needed to be done. I got a second opinion from a different provider and found that most of the items WH said needed to be serviced or repaired were incorrect. I ended up paying 305.00 for things that needed to be done.

Honda in Waldorf was able to service my 2013 Honda Civic. When I was driving I noticed hesitation and I had a indication on my dashboard when lights were blinking on and off.. I called and made an appointment around 11am. I had my spark plugs replaced and a few other things done..all of this was done in One day.. Thank you Honda in Waldorf Md.

This is the Second time this has happened. I got my required service for B1. I left and the low tire light came on. ALL of the tires were low, which means that they did not check them when they rotated the tires. It makes me wonder if they actually serviced the vehicle.
