It turned out that it was out of stock. I waited for a month and nothing was fixed. Now I haven't passed the car inspection. I went to the dealer and they didn't help me. It's really. We understand your frustration and I see that your vehicle was here for service a few weeks ago for a coolant leak concern. We replaced the coolant hose and cleaned off the under carriage. The coolant hose repair we performed is under the hood of the vehicle and no work was performed in the interior. It seems like you may have a fuse issue for the 12V power port and if you would like to come by one day for us to take a look at we would be more than happy to do so. Went in for service, oil and oil filter change and they didn't fill my windshield wiper fluid. I was told part of this service was to check all fluid levels and this was not done. I also had an engine warning light on that I requested to be looked at and when I was driving the car sfter picking it up the engine warning light came on again. I now need to go back and have it re-looked at.

We understand your frustration, but we had Volvo Tech support involved with your fuel mileage concern during your last visit at our Service Facility. During that visit, we were unable to duplicate the issues with the fuel mileage concern. We scanned the vehicle for any relevant codes and there were none to be found. We road tested the vehicle, found all systems to be operating as designed, and no indicators that would point to any fuel mileage concerns. We have exhausted all ways to test for this concern and have found nothing wrong at this time.

Really bad. No attention to detail at all. They replaced my windshield and leaved all the dirt and dust in my dashboard.
Asked to fix a water leak in my windshield water reservoir, they charged me an insane amount of money, replaced the sprayers and they dont work because they broke the water hose that goes to them, they didnt tell me anything when my car was delivered.
