I was in for VW recall and they were very agreaable in getting me in a timely manner and ,]matched my schedule. I dropped the car off and advised it might be finished around lunch or slightly after. I left and was surprised to receive a call early on stating the car was finished and ready fo pickup. Upon returning I was greeted by Brian {??) and showed me to my car. He asked about getting my car serviced there and considering the atmosphere I will definitely consider doing so in the future

Dealership kept the car for a week. I had to call them to get updates as they would not call me. On the 5th day, they said they couldn't find the issue with the car. Waste of time at this dealer.
