Service was ok, I don't see it is fair to transfer the cost for using credit card to the customer, overcharging 3.5% of the total of your service.

They told me the reason for my vehicles issue was because of all my fluid in the vehicle. He said all from brake fluid to transmission. I brought the car in for an engine oil pressure switch replacement. I service my vehicle at manufacturer recommendations. Stay away from this place.

My expedition went in for a safety recall related to the wiper arm. What I found interesting was the fact that they did replace the wiper arms but reused the old wiper blades. Really through me off, I would have imagined they would have replaced them with new wiper blades. The service rep was outstanding. Contacted me as soon as vehicle was ready.

Vehicle was not ready when I was told it would be. They also could not figure out what was wrong with the tire pressure sensor that I have had the vehicle in this same shop 7 or 8 different times. They also forgot to reset the computer as it was telling me I had only 17% oil life left as I was picking up my vehicle from a fresh oil change.

New truck purchased on 07/11/20 then went in for service on 07/22/20. They could not figure out the problem not even speaking to Ford Engineers they finally guessed it right and got my truck back 12/03/20. During the time in between service manager would call me back when i requested information. Overall the inabiloty to fix my truck within a reasonable time is what makes this review 2 star.

Had much better service at other Local Ford Dealerships. Inspection report stated that air filter was excessively dirty. Filter was replaced one month ago and still brand new. No courtesy wash was done to my vehicle which gets done at other dealerships. Would of been a nice touch if done. Also, there was no paper floor mat or plastic steering wheel protection used. Will not be returning to Viva Ford

This was the second and last time I will go to this Ford dealership. The first time, they dented my hood. The second time, they unplugged the sensor wire going to the air intake, despite telling me they did a safety inspection. After driving the van home and experiencing sluggish performance, I lifted to hood and saw the disconnected wire. The people are very nice, but the vehicle service I've received has been less than acceptable.
