The care and dedication of the dealership to service the vehicle was outstanding. However, this was the third time the vehicle was in for a P013A diagnostic trouble code. The check engine light came on a month after Recall E2410 was performed in September 2024. Two O2 sensors have been replaced, and the PCM reprogrammed. Will the diagnostic software issue a P013A DTC again in the future?

Village Ford always provides excellent customer service and repairs. My one issue this time is that the attempted to fix my trunk, but it's still not working. I called the dealership and they said I could take it in anytime to have this fixed again for free. They are always amazing. I trust them with all my repairs.

There mechanics there are not very good. Ive taken my truck there twice and both times it came back the same or worse and they want to recharge for something that should have been fixed to begin with. I'll never use them again. Thee old bait and switch is alive and well here!!

Let me first say, New Car Sales is remarkable. Service sice is of another story. Went in for a flat tire and was advised it would be an hour and a half. Ok, I will wait. 4.5 hours later I was walking out. Zero communication from the service lead on what the issue was and what was going on.

My car was very dirty from the paint job Village Ford did, the dust from sanding was on the driver door handles, driver seat and floor. I received the car from service, and no one was available to talk with or show them. I took pictures and sent them to sales manager asking him to let them know. I don't recommend using Village Ford Collision shop and this is not the first time they do a very bad job.

My service rep recommended a transmission repair shop which the vehicle was towed to. I'm scheduled to pick it up today. The quoted cost is $ 4,500. I'd feel better if Village Ford could have maid the repair.
