The service department found an oil leak and addressed it while doing a normal inspection. I live 11/2 hours away so we scheduled an appointment for a drop off and I received a loaner till my vehicle was fixed and updates were done to my sensor's also. My experience was very nice and everybody was very friendly!

I indicated would probably be back Wednesday so if they could get it in sooner or had a cancellation work it in sooner. They were able to do that so I picked it up completed early on my way home. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The technician didn't air the tires. It showed the same lbs of pressure for each tire (one was very low) as when I arrived. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. This doesn't give me the confidence that other items are done correctly either and gives less credibility to the service report I receive when I check out.

I recently had my oil changed and an intermittent problem looked at and repaired. They were kind enough to give me a loaner while they tried to figure out what was wrong with the car. They found the problem ed problem and had my car back in a couple days. Was very pleased with the service from Van Horn.
