After I left valvoline my engine light came on and I don't know why but it must have something to do with the oil change.

They ruined my wheel stud by using power tools to tighten the lug nut when it wasn't already started. Costed me 30$ to buy parts and replace the damaged parts. Will never go back to them they didn't even sound concern that they damaged my vehicle.

In general the staff is very pleasant and friendly, however I guess there was a new guy and he seemed rather uninterested in his job. He pit oil in my car before they were ready for it and did not listen to directions. I don't want his actions to hinder my opinion of the store as a whole so I'll give it 5 stars but they should reevaluate him.

Employee seemed put off because I didn't buy anything, was careless pulling the funnel after putting oil in my car. They didn't bother wiping or cleaning up the oil that trailed all over the top of my engine from the funnel. Typical good service from this location, just not today.

I love the one stop service at Valvoline Instant Oil Change, and the fact that it doesn't take long for them to service your vehicle. Had my oil changed, tires rotated, transfer case flushed and filled and rear differential flushed and filled. Was out in less than 30 minutes. Staff are friendly and professional, and explain everything to you fully.

My truck serviced all transfer boxes and all didn't leak when I took it in now has leaked ever since took in today for them to check and man was not helpful at all and kinda short and snippy heard the man underneath say smelled gas but when related to me no leak and nothing about gas don't know where normal guy is but he's better they need to contact me
