The new manager is awesome. The two gentlemen that were there last night are equally as awesome. I am not giving names as I don't want to misspell them. But they were very helpful and I will only have my oil changed when they are there. Very personable and they didn't treat me like I was a dumb female.

The attendant/manager who I dealt with was thorough about the process. I inquired about tire rotation and was pleasantly surprised that they did that. Work was very timely. The woman I dealt with was very professional and into her work. I will definitely be there in the future.

The people were very friendly but when they checked in air in my tires they left the valve stem cocked and air escaped slowly and I took my car in for a flat tire only to find out it was caused by human error. Also the price was extremely high and I will go back to the dealership for my next oil change, much cheaper.

It made me give a star rating, but it would be Zero stars, Terrible service. They left 2 screws out of the cover over the oil pan area and the cover came part way off and folded under itself. Couldn't find the drain plug so they "evacuated" the oil. Couldn't find the drain plug when you had the cover under there halfway off.

They were out of oil! They only had the much more expensive synthetic oil. They let me (and 3 other cars) wait outside for 20 minutes without bothering to tell me this. A year ago at a different Valvoline shop, they spent the whole time pushing other products on me. I will likely never go to another Valvoline.

Horrible service. The employees sat around and complained about their schedule. I now know they only have Sundays off with her husband and another one with his girlfriend. And the price. $100 for an oil change. Valvoline has increased their prices so much that I have nothing left for groceries. Horrible. Never go there. If I could give negative stars I would.

Long wait but thorough service. A bit on the expensive side. May look for less expensive oil change. I keep up with my car so I don't need them to check filters and battery and things like that. But I know many people don't and such a service is advantageous.
