Took my 2018 Chevy Camaro in for an oil change & they stated that they did not carry the oil filter for the 3.6 V6 chevy engine. That it is uncommon and they didn't keep it in stock!! Valvoline station @ Jupiter Rd in Plano, TX.

It was ridiculously hot out , every employee there remained polite and professional. Worked quickly to get the vehicles serviced and back on the road.
Highly recommend.
Also, to the owner but those employees a large bay fan!!! Air movement would make world of difference.

Pulled up and they had a bay open and they were ready to service my vehicle. Only issue was that they told me that they could not break loose the oil pan plug so they only changed my oil filter and aired up my tires. I understand the reasoning behind why they chose not to do it bt all it took was a little elbow grease, I know because I finished the job at home. Otherwise everything was professional.

They were extremely slow! We were there about an hours day a half to get an oil change and the car inspected. They would go from car to car doing different things instead of staying on one car and doing what they needed too. Disappointed to say the least.

The technicians are knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They provide upfront pricing that clearly stated ALL the costs per service with tax included so no surprises. They move at a good pace and help each other out. They keep the chatter between each other relevant to the work they're performing. They keep track of all my past work so nothing is duplicated or unnecessary. I am loyal to this location because of my past experiences. They came right over to my car as soon as I pulled into the driveway. It's a little pricey but everything is these days.
