I think they did something to my battery because it was fine when I came in and the said it was dead. I couldn't start my car for two days and once I jumped it I had no problems ever since. So I went to autozone and they said my battery was still good.

Service was good, but I had to remind them to check my tire pressure. My main complaint is the pricing. Every service at Valvoline has gone up to the point that it's just stupid expensive. I'm going to look around for less expensive alternatives or start changing my oil and filter myself.

They did not drain the oil. Instead, without permission they decided to use evac system which does not get the metal shavings out of the bottom of the oil pan. When I asked why they did that. They said that the guy under the car was too lazy to remove the skid plate. Be cautious.

I love this place as I go there all the time, but surprisingly, this time, they forgot to do routine check up on light signals and brake lights ..etc, also forgot to check air pressure of tires until I reminded them !! They forgot to show me how dirty the air filter was or wether it needed to be replaced or not !!

This location is the best! At least for me. They keep excellent records for my truck, let me know when and what services are due. Employees are always friendly and helpful, never condescending. For the 3rd time in a row, the splash pan came loose the next day. When I bring it back they get it right and it stays in place till the next oil change. I even stressed it before this last oil change that it had happened the 2 previous times. This time the splash guard was dragging on the ground. You would think they could get it right the first time. I think 3 strikes and you are out!1
