I was *that person* who rolled up 10 minutes before they closed on a Saturday. I asked if they had time for me or if they had already cleaned up and wanted me to come back later. They cheerfully said "come on it! we've got you!" They changed my oil efficiently, were friendly, and I was on my way before closing time. Great place, I will be back.

They were fast, professional and didn't try to sell me anything not needed. Even said that the tire rotation that I asked about was not needed. Saved me $$$! Great value.

Polite but forgot to tighten my plastic under body cover. So after I went home and used car next day my car was making a sound like I was dragging something. I was my bottom plastic protective cover. So I dragged it back for them to retighten the nuts.

The staff is excellent, friendly, and very prompt in getting you serviced quickly. When they are finished servicing your vehicle they explain everything that was done/checked and advise of any other servicing need recommendations. Valvoline on Conant Street in Maumee Ohio is the best.
