Everyone was extremely nice, but they didn't have the air filter for my engine there to purchase. This is the second time this has happened. I had to remind them to check my air in my tires and in the past they would check the filters and windshield wiper blades, but never looked at anything other than changing the oil. Disappointed.

Quality has slipped the last few times, no longer a full service station. Tire pressure was not checked, washer fluid not topped off air filter not checked. Staff seemed distracted by the pizza in the side office room thats without to mention the 25 min it took to do the bare minimum of service

AFTER I GOT IN THEY TRIED TO SELL ME EVERYTHING wanted over 100.00 for oil and filter . I refused but still ended up paying to much . IL JUST STICK TO MY DEALER FROM NOW OWN.

The oil change went flawlessly (as usual), however after leaving the shop I noticed one of the tires felt pretty out-of-balance. Upon further inspection after getting it home I discovered one of the lug nuts had been cross-threaded. The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in the next town over has agreed to fix the mistake, however. I'd still recommend their oil change services to anyone, though. Very professional work in that field.
