The usual fast service, but they made me show them my lights which hasn't been something theyve done in the past. Also i asked them to check my tires to which they said they did but my tire pressure monitor indicated low pressure. After that i went to a gas station and fixed the tires myself to the factory setting and then the monitor light went off

Excellent service, technicians and managers did an awesome job! Quick, efficient and courteous. A little pricey, but worth it. Offers comprehensive service, and competitive coupons, many can be found on Groupon. The Chesterfield location can be hard to find if you're not paying attention, but easily remedied by backtracking.

Checking warning sign for overheating and low tire. Found cap off antifreeze. Replaced. Forgot to check tires. Couple of days later got same warning. Went to a different valvoline location and tech Found my issue and fixed it.

You would think that a place that does many oil changes could put a skid plate back on a vehicle correctly. After leaving the service center, I noticed a sound and the next day the skid plate just came off. This was after a representative, before I entered the bay asked me if I could just go home because it was raining.

The attendant first explained to me my options and the the associated costs.
The attendants were very courteous, professional and worked as a coordinated team.
I remained in the car as they performed the work. Each step was explained to me as they proceeded. I was done in 22 mins. I'll be back with my other vehicles.

They said they put air in the tires and rode the in the amount of pressures on the ticket. But never checked any of them. The truck has built-in tire pressure monitors. I looked at them before the oil change. They were slightly low. They are still low.

The Manager reneged on a promise and did not honor the coupon. The coupon promised an oil change for $19.99. I bring my own Mobil 1 oil and was told it could not be honored. I had to pay $39. This is stupid and insane. The Manager should have used his diminished IQ and brain to have honored the copon. I will never return.
