Just wanted to have my vehicle inspected and was surprised that they could get me in the same day I called, once I got there they got me right in and inspected, but wasn't able to put a new sticker on because they were out, so they apologized and asked if I could come back the next day and i said no problem and put the sticker on quickly and again apologized and I was on my way. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My car was on the lift and issues were quickly discussed with me and taken care of as I was an unexpected change in their already busy schedule. Evan and staff were great! Was charged $650 for rear brakes! Was told they won't do just the brake pads, that they need to do rotors too in order to warranty the work. This included a brake fluid service, which they said was needed. This shop almost always recommend some sort of fluid cleaning service, whether brake or engine oil.

Was charged $150 for "electrical diagnostic" to see why both fog lamps were out. Turned out they just needed to be replaced. I find it extremely difficult to believe they spent any more than 10-15 mins checking a fuse and looking at a diagnostic code, but charged me for a full hour. Will never use VIP for anything other than tires again.

The work this shop did on my car was fine. The wait very long however, considering we had an appointment scheduled, that had already rescheduled at the request of the shop. The service was a simple state inspection that should have take 15 minutes but we waited an hour.

VIP continues to astonish me with their declining professionalism, subpar customer service, increasing costs, and outright deception to its consumers. Brought my Bronco in for an inspection sticker. 4pm appointment, brought the vehicle in at 5pm, no updates from the staff. Six VIP employees (two front desk and four service techs) were having a great time while their lobby was full of increasingly angry customers waiting for their vehicles. I watched the tech bring my vehicle into the garage, didn't put it on the lift, open the hood or do anything else... Sat in it for a few minutes, then came out to give the paperwork to the front counter. I waited almost an hour and a half in total and paid $20 for that??? The invoice states a multipoint inspection was performed, it was not. This deceptive practice needs to be called, given the large population that trusts this company for ensuring the safety of their vehicles.
