I showed up thirty minutes early to my appointment and could go ahead and have my car serviced. I did not have to wait for a long period of time for my oil to be changed and everyone was so nice as I waited for my car. I was even notified about checking my transmission fluid the next time I had a oil change coming up.

My service transmission light came on, as well as the service engine light. Had one night the transmission was grinding and wouldn't switch gears. Trotter ran an update and that's it. And when tires were rotated they didn't air up the two tires that were low.
