Customer service guys are always a delight. The service I received was a transmission software update for my 2014 CRV I truly do think that Honda should start offering this update free to 2014 owners because it is a defect with the transmission in these vehicles. If you Google the 2014 judder you will see that there are a lot of people with this complaint. Honda needs to recall.

A little longer than I wanted but they found the issue. The start stop button created the second beep to lock the door not to work. Took two visits and 3 hours to find after the car gave the error message ... keyless start system problem. And all the problems were solved.

Had car trouble while traveling. The service department got me right in despite not having an appointment. Problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Service adviser was thorough and courteous. Waiting area is clean and comfortable with complementary beverages for customers. Seems like a very well-run operation.

It's hard to shop without finally getting some pressure from the salesman . " look; you want to buy this or not?" They're probably busy but something like Carvana has its advantages. Basically the experience was ok but very much expected.

Too drawer service. Tom Scott Honda service department is truly customer oriented. I called about a recall and was seen the next day. With other dealers it seems you are placed on a calendar weeks or months out. An hour after dropping my car off for the recall service, I was called to let me know it was ready to be picked up. Good work

They were very nice, and we sent many emails back and forth to work out and answer my questions. When we got there, the car wasn't on their lot, and no one knew where it was. Taking three kids out just to not even have a car to look at wasn't great. The salesman was super nice, though!

Had power steering flush on car after LOF. Noticed oil leak in garage. Took car back twice to have cause identified and fixed. Corteny and service staff were gracious and professional. They found the problem, fixed it and didnt charge me for the investigation and repair. Great shop.

Left disappointed surprisingly. In the past, I have never had issues there. Washed but not vacuumed despite others getting their vehicles vacuumed. Only my initial questions/concerns were addressed, not issues that arose from inspection after oil change. Despite multiple issues on the multipoint inspection, only one was even shared with me.
