Clean waiting room with snacks and coffee. Friendly service reps. The only thing I notice when I got home was all four tires had a different air pressure. I would think that the price I paid for an oil change and tire rotation that they would have checked the tire air pressure?

Techs had an attitude with me telling them the car did not have an check engine light on when I brought it in and it did after my oil change and then cut the car wheels and floored it into the shop, the service manager was a joke and began to tell me they were hourly employees and shorthanded but said he wasn't making any excuses, will NEVER EVER go there again or buy a car from there again

I was traveling across the US and reached Palm Coast and needed an oil change. Showed up without an appointment and the truck was done in about an hour and a half. I'm definitely used to dealerships being overwhelmed and it talking either all day or leaving the vehicle overnight.

2020 factory warranty and they were rude and could not replace the issues that onstar indicated were wrong with it, I now can not drive long distance as that is when the issue starts, never called me back after having the vehicle the day and because they left it running 1/2 tank of gas was gone out of it - I will never use them again

After they changed oil I notice a leak in my drive way, after checking it out I found it coming from around the oil plug. I suspect a bad oil plug gasket so I went and bought one. I took the oil plug out to drain the oil and discovered that there was no gasket at all put back on plug. Bad Service .

I wanted the tech to find out why there was a draw on my battery after it sat for 5 days causing a dead battery. Quoting $375 to remove my alarm system and then they would be able to determine if it was the alarm, is someone who really doesn't want to do the nib effeciently. I have a 2006 Vibe with 53000 miles. The alarm had been on the car for 10 years, always working and never a problem, least of all causing my battery to die.

I was surprised that they didnt put what kind of oil they put in my truck. They also charged for a tire rotation quick is normally part of a oil change..i wish I could go to any Chevrolet dealership to have this done because this dealership is 45 min drive away from where I live

The vehicle registration is not expired as indicated by Carfax - never has been. The overdue oil change was ordered as soon as the service Light indicated the necessity. However, Gibbs could not see us for a week. So, we are not flakes trashing a $100k Escalade like their report implies

Wasnt greeted when I walked into service dept. there were two advisors there and one was helping a male customer who walked-in just in front of me. It took the other service advisor about 4 minutes to turn around and ask me if I needed help. Once car taken in bay, oil change took 15 minutes.

Refused to make ignition key for owner, free!GM even provides letter authorizing the making of keys, free of charge f or life of vehicle! Doubt the tires were rotated as front tires have typical outer tread wear pattern. Rear tires have even pattern. Of course Dealer swears they were rotated. Discovered hydraulic transmission line leaking, even though there has never been a drop of fluid on garage floor?Terrible experience!
