My vehicle was serviced exactly as requested - on time and very affordably priced. Every service appointment is this way. That is why I am a long-time customer (I never have my vehicles serviced anywhere else), and I travel 45 minutes to get to the shop, bypassing the dealership where I purchased my vehicle two blocks from my house.
