Had a complete front suspension repairs which is price. My service advisor, Jessica, is the best and explained everything in detail. Gave me options about payment plans and gave me a rental for about 4 days while they complete repairs. I was informed almost everyday about what was going on and the status of the vehicle. Jessica and the mechanics are awesome and I will always be a customer here.

And the sales FI manager didn't tell me that my trade would take so long for them to pay off. I didn't like that I had an appointment for 2:00pm and my car wasn't taken until almost an hour later. Also, the air filters that needed to be changed were an additional $200 and not included with the oil change. Nissan needs to do better with their customers who have leased/purchased a car from them. Especially when the car is almost 2 years old.

The detail was great and the detail guy, Buster, was exceptional - he did a very good job. He's a keeper. However, I am only giving 3 stars because all I received was a detail. My car was not otherwise serviced or maintenanced. I don't know why Thruway ALWAYS puts in that my car was serviced or maintenanced more than what actually happened. Be honest about what you did.

quick turnaround times for services like oil changes and inspections, with some being in and out in under an hour this past time took longer than expected I waited two hours for an oil change and tire rotation that was a little disappointing for me because that's the longest I've waited

Service was quick, but they forgot to reset the dash reminder to change the oil & filter as well the tire rotation. Now every time I start the car the messages flash. Unfortunately I don't live in the area and will have to figure out how to cancel the reminders. .

It took me about a week to get a service and was told my 2nd free service expired. I was told about an hour it was an hour and forty five minutes. I was told I didn't have any free services, the information wasn't in my file and I had to go to the sales manager to have it taken care of. I would likw to see my service reinstated my records updated and an hour be an hour.

They are horrible! They messed my car up causing me to spend extra money. They sold me 4 defective tires after they recommended that my tires needed to be changed and said they would file a claim for me to get the tires back but never did. They also broke my windshield glass twice. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone. The service manager Michael is the worse!
