Got there early but had to wait an hour for the window tint guy to get there. When they took my ride in it took 5 hours to tint the driver and passenger side windows. I an not looking forward to an actual maintenance. I might have to drop the ride off over night. Employees were nice but take a book or tablet your going to be a while. The tint did come out great so it was on me should have packed a lunch.

Took my own oil as we always do and they did not put it in the vehicle. Not sure if they changed the oil or not as did not get a returned phone call when I called them to question why the quarts of oil I take every time for them to use was still in my car unused.

I have always felt as part of the "team" when I take my car in for service. I am welcomed with a smile, and my needs are addressed. This time it did take somewhat longer than usual, but the waiting area was very comfortable. I did not mind the wait, plus I got a courtesy car wash. I haven't found any other place that does that. I am happy with the service

Waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for a scheduled oil change. Never got an update and then they rushed my vehicle even I asked about it because they hadnt even started I working in it then the air pressure to tires wasnt fixed and vehicle was all greasy horrible service.

Very bad service, bought a truck at the Alice Chevrolet and been a dealership i was told the truck had been fully inspected and turns out that wiper blades were all torn passenger side mirror did not fold in and now I'm been told that one of the rims looks like it's dented. Very bad experience.
