Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They made sure they understood what my complaint was and addressed it timely. Clean waiting area, clean bathrooms. The waiting area had a snack machine, drink machine plus a place to get change if needed. Everyone was courteous, friendly and asked I need anything to make my wait comfortable.

The service performed by the technician was very good. What I didn't appreciate was the service representative. I was asked if I wanted a couple of filters replaced, keep in mind that these filters have nothing to do with the operation of the motor, I first declined (due to the fact that I live on a limited income) but! Here she comes again. I felt pressured to say yes just to not be embarrassed.
