I bit upset because I got there before 2 other cars, they where serviced before my car and just sat in my car patiently waiting. Buy, the 2 young ladies and 1 gentleman where working as a team to get cars in and out in a timely manner. Quite abit of car still arriving for service. I'd recommend returning to this store for service again along with spreading the word to family and friend. Great TEAM work.

Paid 3757.11 to south point dodge in Austin tx my car was given to me with 4 % of air in back right tire then I went a mile the check engine light was on CAR RUNNING HOT had to slowly drive back around hwy keep in mind I had zero gas I asked ALEX can they atleast put gas he said no I haven't eaten, had anything to drink and I have work in 2hrs these people don't give a dang greedy

Pulled in and was told to pull behind a vehicle already being serviced. Several minutes later another vehicle pulled in and they directed them to an empty service bay.
Person describing levels of service seemed to be confused on service miles for each oil type.
Following service was given tag for my car with incorrect milage.

excellent service. Fast, and correct. I'm just a bit picky about my windshield and how it's cleaned, so I had to touch up when I pulled out to get rid of spots on the side.

They stripped the screws on my air box and didn't connect it. Leaves were sucked into the intake. When I approached the shop, they denied everything. Still fighting with them. Do not go to this shop!

I actually showed up at the service before it was due! I had a trip planned for the following week and wanted to get everything changed. Technicians were great, they've topped off all the fluids and told me to come back in a month or so I will return when it's time to have the service done

Receipt listed services that were not performed, such as tire pressure check, washer fluid and more. What I normally expect and have received at a full service oil change. Tried to upcharge the service when I clearly asked for what I wanted. Air filter replacement was far overpriced. Will not return.

The service here is always very good. I wish they had a cheaper option for types of oil to choose from. Also, they always suggest changing out my filters, more so than I think is truly necessary. But all together, they are polite and very prompt and convenient. I love being able to stay in my car while they work on it.

Very convenient, line was short and moved efficiently. I appreciated status report provided on fluid levels and ones they topped off.
I prefer they charge less for a synthetic blend oil change, I usually pay $50 at Hyundai dealer but now their waiting time too long I came here, it $72!
Main difference is actual wait time less here but ya pay for it

Courteous, helpful, and technically proficient personnel, all of which take their craft very seriously. Work was completed quickly without sacrificing quality and at a reasonably fair price.
NOTE: Changed oil and replaced fossilized fluid with top-of-the-line synthetic fluid.

I love these guys. The price is right the service is completed within a reasonable amount of time but most of all they are always so very nice to me. Terry actually remembered me from the first time I came for an oil change and that means a lot. They can have my business and I will most definitely recommend them.
