Two employees were friendly and professional. I had no wait at all in the morning so that's a big plus. A coupon was applied for my coolant exchange that I definitely needed. Full synthetic oil change and every basic thing checked. Loved it.

Very good and supportive staff. Car Service was good. I had problems with my battery 2 to 3 times at the car wash next to them,they have always helped me out with jump start. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Don't go to this place. They did not put back the undercarriage bolts and it fell off going down 85. Had to find another oil place to put tie straps underneath. Took it back to lincoln dealership and now I have to buy a new undercarriage due to it dragging and it was damaged to wear it can't use new screws. Now I am using tie straps until I make appointment for new undercarriage. This place charged 100 bucks for oil change, but really costed me more due to lazy, irresponsible employees that just don't care about people's vehicles! I posted same message on their site and got an corporate apology(we apologize for your recent experience and we will try to do our best at your next visit) like any other business that doesn't care after they have taken your money! Next visit, they must be crazy!!
