I find the service people efficient, friendly and professional. I have never experienced any "upselling." In fact, the young man who changed my oil brought me my air filter and showed me how clean it was and said I didn't need a new one at this time.

I waited an hour while they were looking for correct size oil dilter to be told if I came back after work I could pick up part and then they would start. At 4 pm they still fussed about who's going to midwives to pick up part which was more than 30 minutes away! To not to receive anything!

A little pricy. Had to ask about the 15 off but it's on a sign facing the road to catch your attention. Will I go back? Not sure. They did bring you a bottle of water which was nice.

Great experience. Both men who serviced the car were professional. No hard upsellng, just did what I asked. Great customer service as well; offered me a bottle of water and my dog some treats. No appointment necessary; drove in and was out in 30 minutes!

I waited an hour for a simple oil change. Two cars arrived shortly after I did and were serviced right away while I sat, car untouched. Finally after 45 minutes, they finally got to my car to change the oil. I went to Take 5 for the very reason of being quick. Now I know to go elsewhere.
