They like to play hard ball and waste your time. Refused to replace or compensate for very worn tires, chips in windshield, scratches and missing keys. On a $60k truck! Tried to give me the line "we're selling this at a loss". Not my problem that you paid too much for a vehicle. Will not do business with them.

Good Afternoon and I am sorry you felt like anyone at Suttle Motors was "Wasting your Time". As I am sure you have found, the used vehicle market is very tight right now and although we do pay more for our Trade-Ins and only select the Very Best at Auctions, we try hard to pass the value on to the customers. We do price all of our vehicles very aggressively and sometimes we do take a loss, that is a part of doing business in today's market. Because of that, we cannot always accomodate customers requests for making a used vehicle appear like New, but we do our very best to ensure a Suttle Customer gets a Great Deal.....that is why we have earned such a Good Reputation across the country. Again, I am sorry if we couldn't help you and wish you luck in finding your perfect vehicle.

I sent a question, what is the cash price for that mustang. I received 40/50 emails, not one of them answered my question. I actually had an '05 mustang gt, 121,435 original miles ,pull up in my yard, and I test drove it and bought it for cash $6000, I will never ever talk to or ask a dealership for anything !!!
