In February, your vehicle's ABS module was diagnosed and replaced.
In March, after someone jump-started the vehicle and replaced the battery, the warning lights returnedthis was unrelated to the original ABS repair.
In June, when the ABS lights came back, we covered the repair under the parts warranty at no cost to you.
In July, different diagnostic codes appeared. After consulting with Honda's technical line, we suspected a wiring harness issue. We did not charge for that visit and suggested an electrical specialist for further inspection.
We haven't heard from you since Julywere you able to follow our recommendation to have an electrical specialist inspect the wiring? If not, or if you're still having issues, please contact Courtney at 803-531-6161 so we can review next steps and work toward resolving any remaining concerns. Courtney is always nice but after reviewing a copy of my inspection report, I noticed it said my tires were cupping. What is cupping? I wasn't explained what this was and why this was happening. I depend on Superior Honda to help me maintain my car and tires and this is not happening. This is the second set of tires that I have purchased that are going bad under the care of Superior Honda. I am very upset.

After reviewing your history with us, it appears the last set of tires you purchased here were over 40,000 miles ago. Our records show that your tire tread is still in good condition and has plenty of life left. The cupping noted on your inspection report refers to uneven wear where high and low spots develop in the tread. This can happen due to a variety of reasons, including tire pressure changes, misalignment, imbalance, or even the quality of the tire itself.
We do check tire condition during every service visit and inform customers as soon as we notice any irregular wear, which was the case here. Based on your service history, it looks like you've been diligent with tire rotations, which is excellent. However, cupping can also be a sign that an alignment or balance may be needed.
We apologize if the term "cupping" was not clearly explained during your visit clear communication is important to us, and we'll be addressing this with our team to ensure it doesn't happen again. If you'd like, we would be happy to have you stop by so we can further inspect your tires together, answer any additional questions, and discuss the best next steps for you.

Additionally, your tire tread depth was measured at 10/32 on all tires, which indicated that a rotation wasn't necessary at this time. Our team explained this and allowed the person you sent to decide whether to proceed with the rotation, which was declined.

Never had a bad experience; however, I was quite surprised to have been told my car had an oil leak and it would cost me $125 just to have the leak found. Price seems quite steep and I have never been anywhere that charged to "just find the leak."
