They finished servicing my car earlier than expected. First time I got an oil change with synthetic oil under $100, that's more like it. I hope the new service guy, Mike, sticks around; very professional, pleasant to talk to or approachable, knowledgeable, very customer service oriented, etc.

Fast and efficient. Nice employees. What I don't care for is the marketing hounding of doing a service I know I don't need. ie: an alignment based on 12,000 miles vs when my tires are not wearing improperly and there is no driving evidence of needing one

My service advisor didn't make me feel comfortable. She didn't go over my service from mechanics recommendation's and she thought it was a big deal she washed my car on a day that was raining and slushy and nasty outside. Appreciate the salt off but car was dirty before I left parking lot.

I asked them to check my front tire it had a slow leak. They came back with,found nothing ,it's ready to go. During the next week I had to put air in my tire every other day. I went to belle tire ,they found a screw in the Same tire. So I bought 2 new tires. Just to let you know,your tire guys might need more training.
