Jesse was very easy and helpful to work with. (One car note: After a week parked in our garage, undriven--getting floormats, etc.--car didn't start and needed a jump (from AAA). It's worked fine since and driven several times.)

While traveling, I got a message my diesel fuel filter required a change. Not knowing the area, I found Summit Chrysler. They had a place for me to drop my RV and were able to get me in right away. Everyone in the service dept was friendly and curtious and I was in and out within an hour and back on the road.

They refused to fix something we know is going bad, our driver side rear wheel barrings are hoing out. And didn't address any other issues, the service manager told us that he thinks we should go elsewhere. I don't suggest anyone go there.

They created an secondary problem by doing an unnecessary recall that I did not approve in the first place. Then after taking it back to have the secondary problem fixed, I was given a made up excuse as to why the item was not fixed correctly the first time. A technician can not bump a nut loose on a strut; he obviously did not tighten it after he did the front end alignment the first time.
