Always a pleasure to get regular service there. I had an remote start installed and the technician forgot to leave the instruction manual in the car. I called the service department and they apologized and sent me the instructions immediately via email.

I have always loved getting my car serviced at Subaru Stamford. However this last time left a slight bad impression on me. When I got into my car I noticed that some contents from my glove compartment where on the floor. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the air cabin filter cover was not in its proper place but randomly thrown in with the contents of my glove compartment. Other than that positive experience all around.

Maintenance is fine, but they push problems in the car as needs immediate attention when they aren't. As someone with limited funds, I'd appreciate a more nuanced approach so that I can plan ahead for things that are really necessary, not worry about paying for things that are optional.

I cannot accept the fact that the battery in my 2022 Crosstrek gives out so frequently just because I drive shorter distances. On average, I drive my car every three days. There are many older residents at Edgehill who drive only locally and I have heard nothing similar. The electronics are part of every car nowadays and the battery should be correspondingly powerful.

What I was told should have been an 1 1/2 hours turned out to be almost 2 1/2 hours. I would have appreciated someone coming out to the waiting room to tell me they are still working on the issue, not me having to go check in with them a couple of times.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. The problem was found but they needed more time. I was given a loaner which was fun to drive. I couldn't make it back to pick up the car during rush hour and a big storm. I was able to keep the loaner one more night for my birthday and return at my convenience the next day. My extended warranty paid for this repair and the previous one. That us what I call good customer service.

We like the fact that they look for details and problems and alert us to them so they can fix them in advance of any problem with the car on the road. We also like to pick up service they provide. We don't like the high prices for their excellent service but they are the going rate and we don't mind it in the end.

It seems like everytime we bring the crosstrek in for an oil change, they come back with a suggested list of things to be fixed and the estimated cost is astronomical. There have also been incidents where things are tampered with... this last time, the positive connection to the battery was loosened causing error messages and draining of the battery. It's a little suspicious

2015 Outback 3.6, had the rear struts replaced as recommended and an air conditioning service. Everything turned out well. My only disappointment was that the engine cover was not properly reinstalled and the hood was not locked, it was on the secondary catch. Discovered both when I reached home.

Service was great. Though price is very steep. I paid $278 for change of side mirror. I think thats too high for a work of less than hour n not under d hood. Total side mirror (plus material) works cisting around $600.. I will still recommend subaru site but i think some priceeorks need adjustment.

I liked the fact that my air conditioner, which was not working was fixe. It took all day to figure out what was wrong, as they could not find a leak. So they had to clear it out, then run a colored liquid thru it and then clear that out. It is now working. The service was fine, the explanation made sense.but it cost a lot of money. If it continues to work thru the summer, I will not complain!

There was an issue with my car, and Subaru Stamford went above and beyond to fix the issue. The Service Manager (Brian) got involved, and unlike other dealerships or service stations, he was clear, concise, phoned back when he said he would, and provided a more than fair solution. I came very worried about another loss of tire pressure. Alyson showed concern and checked the valve on my tire and he heard a sound that might indicate a leak. I was able to have his guys check the other valves and it was found that two valves were leaking. I was very satisfied that my problem was able to be fixed as I waited.
