Markup on parts and labor is ridiculous. We had the extended warranty on our vehicle and in addition to the deductible we would have to come up with $600 because of the markup on their parts and labor. Taking our vehicle to another dealership and only have to pay the deductible there. Will not use Sterling McCall again

With the price match for tires and a 4-wheel alignment, the free Uber rides added value that beat waiting at the tire shop to get my new tires installed.

Poor poor service!! When they did my oil change they didn't even charge my filter nor checked for low fluids. Ben the service guy was horrible!! Anytime I had questions he would say "I don't know I'm not a tech" and I would say yes I know but can you ask? He would say no or not even help. It was poor service and horrible customer service. I would never come in. Don't go!

I went in for a wheel alignment and notified the that I would be waiting at the dealership. I arrived at 9 am and did not leave until after 3 pm. My service advisor did not notify me when my vehicle was ready and when I asked someone when it would be ready ( around 12 pm) they said soon. So I spent almost the whole day at the dealership just for a wheel alignment.
