Antonio went WAY above and beyond to apply a warranty not sold by his dealership to sevice on my vehicle, saving me over $1600. He turned around a multi-service request that included rim repair, a recall, tire replacement, and a chipped windshield in short order with munimum inconvenience to his customer. I would buy my next car here and recommend to friends and colleagues. Antonio rocks.

I enjoyed my experience. David , Angel , and Brandon were awesome. One guy who was a advisor wasn't so pleasing he didn't address me at all while I sat there for 15 mins waiting on David. I sat at the desk he came to work at and never said anything to me .

Service staff is RUDE. I've been a customer for several years, and over time, customer service has gone downhill. Service was so terrible during most recent visit that I had to complain to manager and also plan to find a different Acura dealership for my service needs in the future.

Brandy Ramirez, my service advisor was great. She provided expertise, efficiency, and terrific care. I have had good service with Acura but Brandy went the second mile to keep me informed as to the status of the repair and if the department would be able to manage both my recall requirements. It was the best experience I have had with any of my cars throughout the years.

I'm giving Sterling McCall on South Frwy a 1 rating. Why because the service was super slow even with my appointment. My appointment was officially ser for 9:30 I arrived 20 mins early and they didn't finish until after noon closed at 1 pm. Let's not forget customer service. Which most definitely need to be improved. From greeting customers to communicating about your services. This is the very reason I stop bringing my vehicle

I had a great experience when buying my car at Sterling McCall Acura. I was told that my first oil change and tire rotation would be complementary. So I scheduled my first oil change and tire rotation with the service department upon arrival I was informed that oil change was free tire rotation was going to be $89. Not a happy custom!!!!
