the oil change was fine. They took a photo of my cabin air filter to show me how dirty it was. When I asked why it was so expensive to change they said it was very difficult to remove. Well they took it out to show me so why put it back in to charge me to take it out?? I bought a new filter and replaced it myself!! Total cost under $11 !!! Problem solved!!!

Had transmission problems on 2 different services. Updated a solenoid they said and Im still having the same problem with high RPMs when the motor gets hot and it automatically shifting to manual 4 and 6 going down the highway and they tell me its my fault.
